The Cycle of Great Concerts of Vitoria-Gasteiz is celebrated between the months of February and May in the Main Theater with the aim of promoting classical music in the capital of Alava and complementing the programming that the Basque Country Symphony Orchestra periodically performs in the theater.

During these years, great international orchestras, as well as singers, pianists and directors of great recognition have passed through the stage of the Teatro Principal.

This year, the program of the Ciclo de Grandes Conciertos presents the performances of the National Symphony Orchestra of Tartarstan, Camerata Ireland, Il Gardellino Baroque Orchestra and a duet between the pianist María João Pires and the violinist Fumiaki Miura.
